We undertake to keep all your personal information confidential and will not sell or provide your personal information to any third parties unless required to do so by law.

By participating in an event by The Group you are giving us permission to forward your first name, email address and depending upon your preference a contact phone number to any participants where there is a "mutual match". A "mutual match" is where both parties indicate that they would like to be put in contact with one another. 

We will not forward any of your details to anyone else without your prior permission.

We may use your email address and/or phone number to contact you about upcoming events and announcements that we believe may be of interest to you. At any time, you may opt out of receiving such communications by sending an email to info@thegroup.co.nz requesting to be unsubscribed from our database.
