Anyone who has booked and paid for an event has the right to transfer to another event provided that 7 days notice is given by sending an email to info@thegroup.co.nz requesting a booking transfer. 

If a transfer request is made with less than 7 full days notice the booking will be made void. 

You may reassign your booking to another person of the same gender of your choosing by notifying The Group  at any stage. If you are unable to arrange a replacement regrettably there will be NO refunds for the event booked.
