Roz identified a serious absence of support for people such as herself after her traumatic separation which resulted in her being in the situation of having to sell the family home (only having moved into eight weeks earlier) and being left with no money and no job.

After facilitating many  ‘Circle of Friends’ weekend workshops, Roz also identified  many 'fear factors'.

The huge fear factor for people returning to the workforce after an absence of many years;   the fear of returning to the social scene as a single person after having lived many years as a couple; the fear of loneliness; the fear of being stuck in anger or depression;  the fear of  becoming financial independent: the fear of not being able to move on from any 'stuck' space and having a healthy and happy future, of being scared to death of the future!

Roz realised these fears that she had felt about facing her future where very similar to the fears identified for the majority of the' suddenly single' and she has held many successful  "Circle of Friends' workshops to help her clients identify these fears and not to allow them to take over the gift of living for the 'NOW'.   To finally be able to let go, move on and have a future of your own design and to live with anticipation and hope.
