The Group operates by way of a membership, our members range from 30 years up to 70 years and from all over Auckland, from Warkworth in the North to Pukekohe in the South and from Piha in the West to Howick in the East.
We arrange a variety of activities, events and dinners each month for our members to enjoy, members choose which events, activities or dinners they wish to attend.
Age Groups
Getting the right balance for each dinner, activity or event is very important to The Group
Some events are open to all ages however most activities, events and dinners are offered in some of the following age groups:
30 to 45

Our age group dinners, activities and events more often than not have an overlap in ages, we work hard to ensure that we get a reasonable balance of ages and genders for each dinner, activity or event.
If we feel that you might be more suited on a different dinner, activity or event we will inform you. It is also important to note that with these age groups we offer some flexibility as we look at each dinner, activity or event separately.
Hosted events
Activities, events and dinners are arranged throughout the greater Auckland Area and have a Host or Hostess to meet members at activities, events and dinners to ensure that members all feel safe, secure and comfortable.
We also offer a CLUB NIGHT which is a bi-monthly FREE evening for The Group members to attend.

- Bi Monthly Club night - This is a free event
- Ethnic Dining - we try a different ethnic food every month
- Creative Workshop
- Mix and Mingles (in different age groups)

- Area based drinks (north Shore, West Auckland, South/East Auckland and Central Auckland)
